enior Attorney Leslie Foy earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and began her legal career as a prosecutor in the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office. With over 10 years of experience as a prosecutor, having worked on over 70 felony trials, she is uniquely suited to understanding the process from the State’s perspective. She then transitioned to private practice focusing on using her extensive experience to exclusively represent criminal defendants.

Today, as a Senior Attorney with the Charles Johnson Law Firm, Mrs. Foy uses her considerable trial skills to win victories and obtain justice for her clients, no matter the charge. She has successfully defended clients against a range of criminal charges including, drug offenses, DWIs, violent crimes, and sexual assaults. She is known for her meticulous preparation and her ability to craft persuasive arguments in negotiation and at trial. Mrs. Foy is also recognized for her compassionate approach to representation, often going above and beyond to ensure that her clients are treated with respect and fairness throughout the legal process.

A graduate of The Woodlands High School, Mrs. Foy attended undergrad at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, where she was a scholarship Division One athlete and a four-year starting shortstop for nationally ranked Bobcat Softball. That invaluable experience informs her competitive nature and drive to win in the courtroom. She is also Vice President and a Founding Member of The Garden Theatre based in Houston, Texas. As a patron, and sometimes participant, of the arts, she enjoys all that the Houston area has to offer.
